She's one of the best outlaws that no one knows a lot about considering she can escape the trickiest of situations in the blink of an eye.

Got a $200 bounty and bounty hunters on her tail? She'll stop for a snack.
She's 19, and stares down the barrel of a gun on the regular. Although, she's still working out her style and her way of life, considering her guns are pretty crappy. Because who needs a good gun when you can slip away from danger without committing murder, anyway?
Ronan was part of not a particularly wealthy family in comparison to the whole of America, but in their small town they were considered some of the richest people.
Saying that, she's not the best with money and saving it up unless absolutely necessary. She left home at 15 with a gang of fellow outlaws but left them due to the fire under their feet getting too much for her to handle safely.
She's been on her own for a few years, but in the four years that she's been away from her family, she has had several battles with people and wild animals.
Her and her horse, Dusty, are two peas in a pod, a gorgeous blood bay thoroughbred and a badass outlaw who can outrun the law faster than you can say Ronan Harley.
Ronan is a bit of a horse buff, knowing pretty much almost everything you can about her horse and how to care for and ride them well. She was the group horse trainer in the gang she rode with. Dusty appreciates someone who can ride well, considering her last owner was a child who had no understanding of riding a horse.
Ronan works solo but is keen to work with a posse of people whom she trusts and works well with, there can't be infighting in the posse, she's learnt from experience that infighting never ends well for anyone. Not even outsiders.
She's picked up the collector job recently, hopefully, as a way to lie low for a little bit so that she doesn't have to pay fines, and face guns pointed at her because of her past, everyday.
Dusty is excited for this new job as well, whenever they go out she gets excited, except for the snow, Dusty absolutely hates the snow and standing still while people ride past, a little too close. Also trains, Dusty doesn't like standing close to a moving train, as she shouldn't.
She also aspires to meet the one and only Dutch van der Linde, although she doesn’t necessarily think it’s a good idea, she is somewhat infatuated with him in a sense. Ronan believes the two of them would work well together. And she keeps a journal about her experiences, as every good outlaw should.
