remember that idea i posted a while back- yeah hi... i bought literally the cheapest RC car i could find to test this with.
I haven't modified anything yet, because i wanted to test how it behaved first.
He seems to have a sense for water. I don't know why but whenever theres a puddle nearby he just.. instantly hones in on it. Doesn't matter that i am not actually steering.
It's cheap af, it uses actual removable batteries and i took an hour walk with him on friday after the downpour. The controls suck ass. But if my idea works out they will only b a backup system.

i find it very funny that it says "speed beast" on the front.
I didn't even notice that until i had him home. heh. Wish me luck! I fear it might be too small to modify the controls but hey, we'll see.
my partner found these at a second-hand event and got them for me as a surprise gift! i love them so much!
they are quite big, at about 8-9 inches long, and i believe they are RC karts! they did not come with remotes tho. i think they are very good for displaying still!!!
the kart mario and yoshi are sporting is the Bumble V from Mario Kart 7!! one of my favorite Mario Karts ever!! i have hundreds of hours of play time : ]
i haven't found the time to clean them off up yet, mario's steering wheel is broken, and there's an exhaust pipe missing from yoshi's kart. i don't mind, because to me the wear and tear just means they were well loved! i'm excited to have them as apart of my collection.
