Nothing has changed about him still other than staying vague about just what he did. Still trying to figure out just how much he should break the third wall and how that plays into his story, but it’s good for now. His items were also a bit difficult to figure out, but hey marva’s egg of WTF is a good match for him story-wise at least.
First of all, I’d like to thank you for taking the time to read this. There’s a whole lot of other things out there you could be doing right now, but instead you took the time to hear my story. Quite frankly, I’m thrilled that anybody is interested in me! I get compliments on my appearance, but nobody’s really said anything about my background-though it doesn’t help that the voices never really spoke of it beyond posting vaguely every now and then.
Oh-right, you’re probably confused as to why I’m speaking to you directly like this. Well, I’ll get to that in a bit. I was told that I needed to give you my life story here and it’d be confusing to jump around willy-nilly.
To start with, I was a progenitor project created by Stormcatcher. When I first opened my eyes to the world, I wasn’t capable of doing what I’m doing right now. I was blind to the barrier and lived just like any other dragon. I did not have any years as a hatchling and was brought into this world as an adult. Unlike most progenitors, I was born alone. I was so amazed by what the world had to offer, but what really caught my attention was the brilliance of the night sky.
Watching the stars was something I looked forward to every night. My days were usually spent searching for a new spot to look at them from. The way they glittered and shined, the way I could connect them to make patterns, and the occasional shooting star was something I would have died to keep at the time.
It was during my wandering that I was discovered by another clan. They were a bunch of friendly folk at first, albeit a bit judgmental. I remained with them and it was because of them that I discovered alchemy. Baldwin would have been brought to tears with all the things this clan had to offer in the field. I became their apprentice and expanded my understanding of the world with them. It took years, but I would eventually learn everything they had to offer.
It would have been a rude to leave after they had nothing left to offer me, so I stayed with them and helped them in their research. Adriel was my lab partner-and please don’t bother looking for some dragon that represents him, he’s a non-player character. Together, we tried to make potions and items that would help a dragon become smarter. It was astonishing to us at the time! We could help a dragon perform better in all kinds of mental tasks. Meditation, focusing, and even help them instantly learn techniques through carving specific arcanas into stones.
I wont lie, some of our practices were a bit unethical and I’m fairly certain some beastfolk out there aren’t too happy with their missing clanmates-but it’s not like they actually felt anything. We all don’t truly exist after all.
At the time, however, it seemed real to me. At first I didn’t care. The clan I was in taught me not to care. They were beastclan, they were the enemy. I was completely convinced that all of the little bastards deserved what came to them. Then, however, I met one that could speak. Well, all of them could speak, but this particular harpy could speak in the language of the dragons. He spoke with me, he brought my attention to the ‘reality’ of things. He even had a name for himself, Amica.
I was shocked by this development, but of course my stupid tail went into denial. I kept the harpy alive, believing it to be a special case that needed to be investigated. I kept the harpy a secret from Adriel and continued about as if nothing happened. However, the harpy’s words proved to be quite their own little earworm. I questioned Adriel on the morality of what we were doing, but he dismissed it. Just like I expected: Beastclans were the enemy; they didn’t matter.
Suddenly, what we were doing didn’t seem quite so amazing or wonderful anymore.
I argued against him, but he was not pleased with my newly formed opinions. We bickered for days, but I was not going to sit around and wait for me to win the argument. One by one I began to release the beasts. The harpy, who I released first, assisted me. I was attacked by many of them as soon as I did, but considering what they thought I was going to do them...I didn’t blame them. The harpy managed to save me from becoming fodder at the very least.
I knew I couldn’t stay after what I had done. I made plans with the harpy to leave, but Adriel caught me. Amica managed to get away, but I was brought in front of the clan for a trial. The clan was outraged with what I did, it was unanimous that I was a guilty party. You know what though? I wasn’t guilty. I didn’t feel guilty. I would love to say that I bravely stood against the corrupted system, but truth be told-I was terrified.
I begged for forgiveness and claimed that Amica had strange magic that controlled my thoughts. I screeched out my hatred for the beastclan and that I would never betray DragonKind. I wanted to do what was right, but I wasn’t ready to die for it. I said whatever I could to hope that I would be allowed to live. Well, it worked.
They believed me when i said that my thoughts were being affected by a strange and powerful magic. They declared that I would live. My heart swelled with joy and I swear that was probably the biggest stupidest smile I’ve ever had on my face. I was a fool. I looked to Adriel and I knew. My heart sank as horror and fear conquered it. They wanted to know of this strange power and I was currently the only living specimen they had.
Razohr tends to be pretty amorous and romantic. He used to be in a relationship with Reina out of obligation, but her obsession with serving the deities lead him to bring an end to it in search of something more. He can be pretty needy and strange in terms of interests, however, which often puts off most females he interacts with. He’s respectful enough to distance himself the married, but he shows no fear in the art of courtship. Doesn’t hurt to try right?
