I love apple and that jizz, but my macbook pro is really not pro. It's old, heavy, slow and has astma! I like gaming and apple don't want people to be able to play stuffs, so it's really hard to find games for mac on steam. It's clear i need a new computer, but should and most importently can i?
In Norway we have this thing called conformation where you go to a church (or town hall) and go trough this sermony where you "become an adult". This happens when you are in 9th grade in April, meaning it's just a few months away. The plus about this is that you get a lot of cash and gifts from your relatives and guest's in the dinner after the sermony. I'm not quite sure how much i will get, but it's a lot! (i hope)
How does this have anything to do with the computer dilemma? Well the thing is that the computer i want (razer blade) is quite expenice. And we are not really a wealthy familly so i can't get everything i point at. The laptop cost's 2500$, which is a LOT more then what i get for my birthday (which is 7th of May). So i want to use the confirmation money on this laptop. I've saved some money (175$), but it's far from the 25's.
The problem is that the confirmation money you get are supposed to be used for good cause's (education, transport, savings, etc.). So i don't know if i get enough to buy a new computer.
Even if i get the money needed i can't buy it before summer. Razer blade is only sold in the US and Asia (I belive) and we are going on a vecation to america this summer. It will perhaps be a little bit cheap then, but again i don't know if it's too much.
So this is really a question about money and wether or not i acctualy need a new computer. I know you get a free laptop when you start high school (August 2014), but it's far ahead and it's really crappy computers.
So basicly i need to figure out if i should:
-Buy a razer for the confirmation gifts
-Save enough money (will be really hard)
