Raw oreos aka raweos Biscuits: 60g walnuts 30g almonds 120g pitted dates (1 cup or about 13 dates) 3 tbsp cacao powder 1 tbsp chia seeds - Mix in a food processor. Leave in the fridge to harden for a while. Filling: 1 cup cashews, soaked overnight 8 vanilla stevia drops (mine from Nutri-nick) 1 tbsp agave/maple syrup - Roll out the biscuit dough on a clean surface, and flatten out evenly. Form round cookies with a glass or something else that is round. Spread a dollop of filling on top of half of the cookies. Top each filling with another cookie. Keep them in the fridge (otherwise they can be sticky).
