                        A sigh left her lips, tired both mentally and physically. Sakura glanced at Sasuke before looking at the mountains standing proudly in the horizon. She thought the meaning behind his words was rather ironic considering his past, and certainly not the best for someone who wanted to help others overcome pain in a healthy manner. 

“ even if i was , it is such a turn off that you know it now … stupid. ”

“Whaaaa? Really?!” Naruto presses his lips together, to stop the bubbling laughter. It’s a failed attempt. Bending over in his fit, his hands land on his knees to keep him steady. 

After a few seconds, he finds some control to reply.

a pause in deidara’s movement.   a moment passes ,   consideration.   

❝  then…   don’t  apologize.   don’t let anyone shame you into feeling  guilt  for what they made you into.  ❞   perhaps it’s seen as out of character for deidara ,   offering such  heartfelt  advice.   but he understands the feeling conveyed from the other’s words.   there’s a deeper level of understanding.   every village creates their own demons.   iwagakure created him.   raising a parentless child in a war torn village ,   crushed  after their defeat from konoha ,   left itching for revenge.   power  hungry.   it all mirrored rather well into his personality ,   didn’t it ?   they never apologized for raising him this way ,   instead shunning him and his  ambitions.   so deidara had left.
