Thinking about Paper Mario.
Paper Mario OCsss X3 Emo Squeeks has a lot of status attacks and kawaii Ratooey ignores defense!
Remy Ratooey's Red-Hot Hot Sauce, the Hottest Hot Sauce This Side of the Mushroom Kingdom!
(note: "Remy Ratooey" is not a name I gave this character. This guy is still just "the businessman". He's just a nameless worker who got roped into having to torturing his mouth by drinking hot sauce while competing in a violent body sport. Probably wasn't in his job description)

Name: Ratooey
Debut: Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
If you’ve spent any time at all in the Mario fandom, or even the gaming community as a whole, you’ve no doubt heard countless people heralding The Thousand-Year Door as one of the greatest Mario games, if not THE greatest. Have you ever wondered why? Well, I’ve got the answer right here! It’s because it has Funny Rats.
Years before Ratatouille the Rat graced theaters with his rattitude, there was another cartoon rat named after the same dish! And I must say, it’s a great rat. If you love rats (and if you don’t, you are free to unfollow this blog), you’ll love Ratooey!
I really love how Ratooey's default stance is the well-known, but somewhat rarely portrayed, Long Forme of the rat. This makes them one of the tallest species in the game! I wish there were real rats like that! Imagine being able to hug a rat the size of a human. Or ride it like a horse! Rattastic!
Ratooey is a rare species, with only two appearing in the whole game. The green one at the top of this post is named Lumpy, which is a splendid name! Probably one of my favorite words, definitely one of my favorite adjectives, and also the name of one of the objectively best Star Wars characters.
Lumpy is on a mission to strike it rich finding oil in the desert, and Mario can lend him some Coins to get a larger sum in return later. But Lumpy’s not just about striking it rich, he has a surprisingly heartwarming story that can be found on his wiki page here! See for yourself!
The other Ratooey is known only as Businessman, and if you’re not all about the fact that this rat is a businessman, you have my permission to get outta my face! Businessman is all about chairs, hot sauce, and charging things to his business account. Yeah! Stick it to the man!
I drew the Businessman Ratooey from TTYD, the Ratooeys are pretty cute and it’s a shame we’ve seen literally only two ever, being from Paper Mario TTYD.
Also you can sort of blame @boxyguy for this because he retweeted a thing early okay BYYYEEEEE
