my headcanon is that daegon is amaras son to a different man than whoever rains father was. is he also argus's son? idk and idc tbh. but what i will say is that he is significantly older than rain. he was probably the outworld equivalent of being like 12 years old when rain was born. and it was from a very young that daegon fell in with the wrong crowd.

the person who was probably most influential on xyrra growing up was mileena. being that she was mileenas lady in waiting, they grew up very close and mileena was someone who xyrra admired greatly. her family imposed so much rigidity in the way she conducted herself, so seeing that mileena was so comfortable just doing her own thing and not necessarily following the status quo sindel tried to impose on her did a lot to encourage xyrra to pursue her own curiosity. she and mileena always swore to keep each others secrets and while she was always aware of her duty, being around mileena allowed her to be herself more than being around her family ever did

i think it would have been syzoth. i think hes someone who would be much more in tune with his emotions than ashrah would be and would have a much easier time knowing how to show affection than she would in the beginning. so naturally, i think he would have been the first to say it. even though she of course DID love him too, it might not have even occured to her that she needed to say it lol

Who would have the other’s picture as their phone background

ashrah does for sure. when johnny shows her how to use earthrealm technology she becomes quite adept at it. and i could easily see her wanting to personalize things like her phone or a computer that belongs to her. i think syzoths phone is as close to factory settings as it could possibly be lol he doesnt care to use it at all, and the only contact in there is ashrahs phone number

ashrah does, i think she finds it to be cute and playful. and i think syzoth would find it endearing and leave some for her too

i think ashrah only because she would have more opportunity to. she goes on trips to earthrealm landmarks and sees those tshirts and mugs that say "someone who loves me very much bought me this [insert trinket] from [insert country/city/landmark]" but like she buys them unironically

syzoth i think. this goes back to how he was much more outwardly affectionate than she was in the beginning of their relationship

layara did for sure. syzoth was an overthinker and couldnt even believe he had gotten as far as he did. he also wasnt familiar with warmblood mating rituals and ettiquette. he was too scared of accidentally making it weird so he held off. but after layara helped them both cross that boundary he said it to her very often

they work together so its hard to surprise each other, instead i think every once in a while when syzoth has the money to afford it he asks if she wants to go eat lunch elsewhere just the two of them
