So I am an island boy. Granted its Manhattan Island. But my roots go back to the Caribbean the Dominican Republic to be exact. Tonight I came home and was soooooo hungry. I thought about going out and getting a 2 piece and a soda. Then I thought maybe I can get that chicken sandwich everyone is talking about. In the end I look in the pantry and decided on an old favorite made at home fresh and in 20 mins. Rice and Beans but since I am a gentleman of a certain age rather than adding meat, I went for Brussel sprouts. For desert @maltaindiapr and to drink water. So I had a dominivegan meal.
