“HOLLYWOOD COWBOY”

A graffiti writer since 1987, Luigi Maria Muratore, aka Raptuz recently celebrated 30 years of pioneering work, at home in Italy and abroad. A member of LA’s CBS Crew and San Francisco’s LORDS Crew, Raptuz was a cofounder of Milan’s TDK Crew in 1990 and broke new ground as an artist with his development of a signature style and technique he calls “Broken Window Futurism.” While still based in Milan, Raptuz now travels the world, continuing to paint walls but also producing canvas works for galleries. Given his length of experience and expertise he also now serves as a product development consultant and brand ambassador for one of the leading spray paint manufacturers: Loop Colors.
