The movie we worked on for SO many years finally premiered yesterday at Annecy!! There's still a couple screenings happening during the week, so if anyone is hanging out at the festival rn I hope you can go see it!

this is not a new thought by any means but it reaaaaally doesn't land when a videogame where you've been killing a bajillion guys the whole time suddenly decides to make it A Moral Decision when you kill a main antagonist.

"are you still a good person now that you've killed the evil politician instead of letting him get away with it" idk man, but it's not the right thing to ask when I just spent 30 minutes killing random bandits just so i could level up before heading into the big battle

#raps talks #I've been playing some more tales of vesperia and I'm enjoying parts of it #the combat ranges from 'sort of alright' to 'just awful' most of the time though #but the scene where yuri decides to kill ragou???? SO silly jdjdjd #'oughh im a vigilante now..' bro you killed the soldier that was accompanying him too for NO reason but he didnt matter i guess jfjdd #<- it's not even ludonarrative dissonance at that point. that happened in the cutscene too!! that's just bad writing lmao

i had a lot of fun doing some dnd prep tonight and im fighting the urge to send a blurred version of this to my players so im posting it here instead jfjdjd. now let's hope they do actually end up going to the cemetery!!
