I really want to believe in the best of everyone but the problem is that people being transphobic towards trans men is everywhere. like half the popular bloggers on here hate trans men and think they don't experience oppression even if they support transfems, progressive people on youtube and instagram will single out transfems to support them and never mention how transmascs are there, popular trans youtubers will be like "oh transfems clearly have it worse, transmascs could never understand" and then proceed to not talk about them. people keep using trans men as "gochas" for bathroom bills even though they get murdered and raped a lot more than cis people due to the discomfort they bring. it's pervasive, it's everywhere. till the point my very own trans friends irl sometimes don't even know transmascs exist or that they face discrimination. my beloved mutual reblogs another transradfem's post that got 2k notes. i close my eyes
like it wouldn't be that bad if it was just blanket transphobia, cus then it's like solidarity! yay !!! but it really bothers when supposedly trans-inclusive people just ignore a whole half of the community. and it's not new. it's been this way forever. i grew up with this mindset, i only unlearned it in the past two years or so. people trade bioessentualism for gender essentialism. the "good" gender and the "bad", ignoring the fact we, as trans people, are seem as neither men or women is transphobes' eyes. it's the kind of mindset that pushes transmascs back into the closet and lets them die as a false husk of themselves. it's the kind of mindset that lets people, not just outwardly transphobic people, see transmascs as "women that we can abuse and ignore". it's why "transmascs in stem" is less "cool" than "women in stem" despite the fact that it's both cases of marginalised people in a [cis] male dominated field, and should both be seen as empowering. it's the kind of mindset that leads out-transmascs to lose resources and die.
and I'm not saying trans women are more privileged than trans men! hypervisibility can be terrible !! but as trans people, we're all seen as peverse, and transmascs Do suffer from erasure so it's best we all lift each other up, and help each other

Anyway as an asexual woman I loved the graphic wet dream that was focused on Invisigal being eaten out and her pleasure [if it was male gaze focused it wouldn't be that. Male gaze porn does not focus on cunnilingus and Robert would've been shown much earlier than he was] and that Invisigal bluntly told Robert she had one and he's completely unphased by it. I love that when Blazer has a slight nip slip if you point it out to her she doesn't get embarrassed she just makes an amusing remark abt Robert saying "areola" out loud. Treating these subjects as actual mature and casual conversations is the least sexy thing you could possibly do bc it immediately takes away the sex part of the equation and reminds you these characters are functioning adults that have more important things going on than to be worried abt silly things like nudity or sex
Also the game is choice-based. If you don't want to romance Invisigal or Blazer then when the option is presented you can choose not to do that or be an outright dick if you want. It's fine. Get over yourselves
