#random rosy notes

7-7 is an important date for icaris. it’s their debut date and obviously the repeated 7. it’s also why their last encore stage will be on 7-7-27. so if you know me, i’m a huge, huge fan of details like this so i’m trying my best to get something out by 7-7. currently, it looks like a full chapter 1 on 7-7 might be impossible (was aiming for this first months back, but the heat and the few times i got sick really made things go slower) so i’ll most likely post the prologue on 7-7 even though i didn’t want to post just a prologue. it’s so the anniversary of the book can also be on 7-7.

having brain fog recently but still writing bit by bit. prologue revision isn't coming along as easily as i'd hoped it would with the brain fog but i have a clear vision for it now. since the first version of it didn't really have the interview portion, i need to rewrite so it flows better (tried just editing a little and it doesn't work lol) but it's been going as good as it could go. i wrote about 870 words today which is pretty big considering the brain fog.

hey, hey! kinda sorta might've solved my irl problem from last week! i'm still working things out so still a little busy, and probably will be for the weekend and into early next week but i'm feeling much better! i was really anxious last week because of this 😭

week started out awful. had a really rough start with mental health due to the wound (it was making me miserable and making me feel useless) but i'm trying to sit down and write today after spending monday and tuesday doing nothing. knees and elbows are mostly okay now though, and i can move them without much pain at this point.

anxiety is still fucking me up these days so writing has not been as productive as i would've wanted but i finished all parts of the prologue aside from sparky's little section. for context, each member has a "page" where it's just their perspective on certain topics that they tackled in one of the reunion albums, sparky's is the second to the last page and will focus on the group's (or mostly sparky's) relationship with fame. angel's and cloud's parts are still wonky and will need revisions, but the rest are on their mostly final state. i predict maybe one or two quick revisions after sparky's part is written then it's onto transferring it to code (i have most of the code written down so it's really just a little fine tuning).

aiming to do an all-nighter today because i feel like i've spent the past week and a half just mostly doing nothing due to... well, several reasons that all resulted in an anxiety-filled week. so far, i'd already written 600 words and i already have an even clearer plan of how to do the prologue. i always knew what i wanted to do of course, but i think i now know how to do it in a way where each member gets a full introduction while the overall story of the feature article still flows well. the previous plans sounded so messy compared to this one (and thankfully i didn't need to change anything from what i'd already written)

it was unexpectedly very hot and humid this week so this (and the wound and difficulty walking) triggered a long anxiety period that i'm still not over at the moment. currently, i've written around 1000 good words for the prologue. these words probably won't need any revising aside from grammar or typo mistakes so this is a bigger step up compared to last week. trying to write more tonight but still feeling a little difficulty in breathing so i'm not so sure about it.
