Music, please! And it’s done! My apologies for the lack of details, I did at this morning and I’m still without my tablet.

A tribute with a few Tamarin’s memorable characters and OCs, which @alandria7​ kindly nickname as Tammyverse.

While I did this, a few things crossed my mind. Like… I’m pretty sure most of my drawings featuring her characters is always for a tribute. A way I find to thank her for everything she did and, some way of other, enkindle my heart and fills me with motivation. For example:

Random Doom: Where all started I remember to find Tammy’s gallery when I saw this two arts(This one and this one) with her Random Doom, which has about to begin its regular comic series. The way she have such personality to her characters, how when narrates her adventures in all the 4 regions of Pokémon world motivate me even more to give myself a chance to develop my own story as a tribute to this series I enjoyed so much.

Splatoon: This goes both Heroes of Inkopolis and @cafe-cardamari​. When I was hit by a huge wave of inspiration back 2016, I review her works of this Nintendo’s new IP and I could feel own motivate and enjoying all that arts, even pushed her to surpass her limits, specially anatomy and digital coloring. Not to mention she even had creativity to elaborate such unique character, with such amazing names and designs.

Ice Climbers: One thing I can assure you. Nobody is as fan of this Nintendo’s IP as her. She made in January 2015 a whole month tribute for the 30th anniversary of the series, while nobody remembered, nor cared. Each day we were pleased with a different art of this series that certainly deserve more love and, at the last day, she remaked her old Smash Bros. Melee Adventure Mode project. The third (and hoping to be the definitive) version shows how she improved from the old version, at same time we can see the different Nintendo characters on her style, in different action situations (really, the begin of each chapter she emulate the boxart of each Nintendo’s first game. It’s AMAZING to say at least). I admit I got really motivated to go back to my Melee and revisit this marvelous mode.

Her OCs: Once again, each original character she shows to us has an interest concept and story behind it. Twinkle was a character, alongside Mr. Moon, from an old comic she created for a Finnish Fanzine. Every time I remember this and how innocent Twinkle is, I feel melted by all its cuteness. Danny is a curious character that came from the same universe of Tim Burtom’s TNBC. Both were imported to Random Doom in the form of a Jirachi and Sableye. We can see a small incarnation of him on other series, at least some of his naughty and mischief. :P And her Persona, a mix of two animals she always loved, in a way so beautiful, cartoony and so charismatic. A mix of many things she always loved (a being that loves cheese, using a very peculiar purple hat), there’s no better Persona to synthesize who, or what, a TamarinFrog is (or maybe a Witch of Frogs? It’s a mystery indeed).

Obviously I wasn’t able to represent all the characters I really love (it breaks my heart not adding Nana on this drawings, I’m truly sorry!), but I hope I could delivery this message of gratitude to you.
