Dawn reuniting with an old childhood friend, Randulfr the Rebellious.
This happens at an earlier arc in her story, pre HTTYD2 after she left The Home of the Bewilderbeast to explore and stop Drago’s trappers elsewhere and wayy before she meets the gang. Again, Dawn isn’t ‘feral’ like Valka is- she’s sociable when needed to be. And more than naught if the situation calls for it she’ll blend among fellow villagers to dig for info or stock up on supplies. On one of these said endeavors she visits a village that looks friendly enough (dragons landing on its outskirts and remaining out of sight- doing their own thing as she heads to where the people are). She doesn’t recognize the village at first but soon enough Randolf spots her and it really take her back. She ends up staying a bit actually, I’ve got a whole lil arc planned here but I won’t say nothin for now..
