For many years I had an irrational fear involving the worst case scenario, crippling anxiety, and cement in my feet when it came to doing a few things... 1. I was terrified to ride colts. 2. I was terrified to fail: which meant I wouldn’t try. 3. I was terrified of the unknown. . Oh, I could send the memes, and share the quotes and talk others into being brave, but I myself, well, I couldn’t get there. . I wanted to. I really did. But I had to learn to trust myself, believe in myself and get over myself. . No one else could do those things for me. . I don’t know exactly when I overcame my irrational fears, or crippling anxiety. But I know I did. . And if I can do it so can you. . Life is short.
