My ramyeon 라면 stockpile. It's vegan, except for the Buldak Rose that has a bit of milk in one of the flavor packets. The ingredients list photos are posted counter clockwise (left to right on the bottom, then right to left on the top).
I think all of these are Korean except the Sriracha. The Japanese ramen tends to have fish, which isn't vegan. The American ramen is high in sodium and low in flavor.
If I can find good ramen that's vegan or vegetarian, it doesn't have to be Korean. Just so far, it's all been Korean, except the Sriracha.
It doesn't have to be spicy either. The Soon veggie is mild. Any spice level is fine, as long as it's tasty.
I would enjoy any recommendations any of you have for vegetarian or vegan ramyeon or ramen. 😊
