O yea a bunch of Palia oc doobles
His name is Ramm (short for Tilderahm) and she likes to hunt but is also the type of person to try and get struck by lightning on purpose. Only really hangs out with einar, jel, and najuma but doesn’t want to admit to thinking hassian is pretty cool actually. Attempting to make his own battery from scratch.
You can see me slowly adding more detail lol I’m using one of the paid sets as reference but I don’t actually use it. If you every find me spending 50$ on digital pants I need to get knocked out with a metal bat.
Plus some extra lines of the first doodle

Random Arcade Memory Monday #2
Location: Adventure Island, Tampa FL Game: X-Men: Children of the Atom Year: 1995 since I mentioned X-Men Vs. Streetfighter for the last one, this is the next arcade memory that comes immediately to mind, and technically the 1st crossover game Capcom did since Street Fighter’s Akuma is a secret unlockable. anyway, Adventure Island is a waterpark I use to go to all summer long as a kid. I could go off about my love for waterpark aesthetics, the simulated lagoons, the pizza, the sandart, etc, but the focus here is on the games.
Mango Joe’s Cafe was where the small arcade was located. you’d think an arcade at a waterpark was a bad idea, but getting a little water over a cab maybe isn’t as detrimental as spilling a bunch of beer over at a bar (which I’ve seen happen one too many times unfortunately). the other minor issue is not always having your money on you, so I bought a pink waterproof coin holder capsule I wore around my neck for that exact reason. my little routine was to chill in the lazy river / rambling bayou a couple times, then exit out when I got close to the arcade and give X-Men and the other arcade games a go (sadly can’t remember the others, maybe Simpson’s arcade?). X-Men Children of the Atom (not to be confused with the beat em up, which I love too) is a superb fighting game that Capcom took to the next level with the super jumps, flashier moves and little more sped up action compared to its previous fighting games. another new feature were the anti-air (high punch) and anti-ground projectile attacks (low punch) so for instance Cyclops can fire his beam up in the air or low to the ground to keep your opponents on their toes. a medium punch hadouken input would fire straight across the screen. as mentioned before, I was a big fan of the cartoons and comics so seeing Capcom take X-Men into their own hands was a godsend for 90′s kids like me.
my favorite characters were Cyclops, Psylocke and Silver Samurai (really love the elemental sword variations you can switch with him). also, this was when I began to notice that many edgy dudes identified with Wolverine and I tell you what nothing has changed much ever since. so little kid me always loved to beat a Wolverine player any given chance. not much else to say other than this was the birth of many good things to come from Capcom that led to the Marvel Vs. Capcom games and now I guess they no longer have the license to use X-Men or something. tbh I think the most recent Marvel Vs. Capcom Infinite game looks real grimey and lacks the spectacular 2D vivid color palette feels of MVC2 and such. but hey that’s just me. also, here’s my favorite track from the whole game:
