the thing abt the writers barely disguised fetish is that i can generally deal with it if the writer actually has got shit going on in their story AND its put together well enough that i can ignore the fetish that is also just sort of there. and that it doesnt eclipse everything else too much. a fetish to good writing ratio if you will.
