"Hello there, dear!" she waves at Eevee with a gentle smile. She looks at the dungeon with a bit of a curiosity.
"Hm, a dungeon...I think I know about them, probably from past life, but I couldn't really recall this until now. Anyways, how many types of it are there?"
The eevee looks at the espeon. "Wow, you sure are tall. And walk on two legs? Strange. But I'm not gonna pry." He then continues. "There are three types of dungeons. The lost memory dungeon is the dungeon we are currently in. But there are the natural dungeons and the echo chamber dungeons. The lost memory dungeon is by far the most dangerous one, but as I said before, you can find things that are unique here and nowhere else. Let me try to explain what the other two types of dungeons are. The natural dungeons are exactly as it says, they are natural and made up of usually trees and grass and spawn in objects like the berries, orbs, and even some fruits like apples and bananas. Fruits also spawn here in a lost memory dungeon, but there are differences in their spawn rate. Berries like the oran berries and pecha berries do not spawn here. As for the last type of dungeon, the echo chamber dungeon is a bit more difficult to explain. Basically, the echo chamber dungeon has echoes. Not literal echoes of a voice, but more abstract. Like a pokemon that doesn't really exist but can hurt you. They usually have monster houses, where several echoes will spawn and attack you all at the same time. They also spawn objects, but more of like scarves and specs as well as berries and orbs"
Rakushin stops himself for a bit. "Sorry, I'm rambling again, aren't I? I have a habbit of explaining things in great detail. But at the very least, I hope that was understandable. Oh, and one more thing. Natural dungeons are rare, most dungeons you will find are echo chamber dungeons, which will spawn echoes."
Let that sink in that Sutoreito still thinks Shinkurou and Rakua had sex that one night and he'll probably keep thinking so until maybe this topic shows up when Sutoreito and Shinkurou will be about to make love for the first time.
"Thanks to a whimsical kitten, I could spend a fun night."
REMINDER THAT 'NEKO' IS LITERALLY SLANG FOR BOTTOM/PASSIVE IN FREAKING JAPANESE. AND HE FUCKING WHISPERED THAT TO SUTOREITO AS THEY WALKED PAST HIM. WHAT EVEN IS THIS EPISODE OMG IT'S A GOLDMINE.
I guess we gotta add that to the things the Haikara boys invented: - Twitter - MPreg - Rhythm Games - Slang for gay bΒ°ttom
A small eevee is wandering around the mystery dungeon, being wary for any traps that might be around. He seems focused on his task, that being to get out of this mystery dungeon after finding whatever it is he might need. He saw a turret just waiting at the corner. Being the wary eevee that he is, he threw something at the turret's line of sight, it fires immediately after a warning sound and shot a hole clean through the object he threw.
He then notices you.
"What are you doing here?! This is a mystery dungeon! You'll die if you stay here!"
What do you say?

Lost memory dungeon huh? This dungeon is pretty whack if I do say so myself. Where are the stairs though? I don't see it anywhere. And where will you be going after this?
Rakushin happily answers. "Oh, that is because a lost memory dungeon has no stairs. See, stairs are regularly found in echo chamber dungeons, which are the most common type of dungeon there is, but here in a lost memory dungeon, there are no stairs. Particularly because the dungeon is more like one big giant cavern, not like a place that has multiple floors. This is also the case with natural dungeons, since they are mostly located in the forests and jungles, so they act like one big dungeon room instead of multiple smaller ones."
Rakushin then moves on to the other question. "If you want to know, I will be going to the town after this to give the town mayor some of the things I found as well as the medkit, which I want to find as well. Technically speaking, no one told me to get the medkit, I just thought that it might help if I got it. The thing I was tasked with finding was actually a flashlight, which I already got, so I could just go back to the town and call it a day, but I decided that getting the medkit would be worth it in case of an emergency, since it does have medicine in it for illnesses that dungeon berries can't cure. Or at least, I hope it does, I've never seen a medkit before, so I hope I didn't come all this way for nothing."
Rakushin then moves to an even deeper part of the dungeon, leaving you to wonder if what he is doing might be good or not.
...What's this? A note left on the ground, alongside an empty can and plastic bottle. Looks like the bottle was full of water and some kind of fruit juice. There are claw marks on the rocky ground around it, and some ashes and burnt twigs. The note reads:
"This place is strange, but better than back home, or the last place they sent us. Medical supplies are harder to find, but the plants growing here seem to have miraculous healing properties. Still, the animals here seem to have particularly potent poison, and I've seen some other things skulking around with their hairs standing on end, crackling with sparks... I'd rather not see what they can do up close."
The handwriting looks neat, or at least as neat as a note written in charcoal can be. Odd.
Rakushin Sees the note and the can and bottle. He then wonders who left these, before picking up the note and reading it. He seems a bit confused at the part where it talks about the things with hairs standing on ends and creating sparks, before realising that it must be talking about the sawblades.
Rakushin then shrugs while thinking to himself. 'Well. This must be from someone that doesn't know what the turrets or sawblades are, I do wonder what they mean by "miraculous healing properties" though. It seems like the "plants" they are referring to must have been one of those dungeon berries, or at least, I assume they meant that, because dungeon berries have healing properties that their normal counterpart doesn't. I'm not sure about the "miraculous" part though, I thought everyone already knew about the healing properties, not just me. Oh well. Whatever. I'll just keep the plastic bottle in case I find water to drink.'
Rakushin then heads deeper into the dungeon to find the medkit, hoping that along the way, he might find it quickly and can get out of here as soon as possible.
[ @askchoe ] Choe yelped as the turret fired, sticking close to the Eevee. "Oh no that's not good." She looked at the Eevee with a panicked expression on her face. "Are all traps this deadly in here!? I mean, they can't get any worse, can they? I didn't think Mystery Dungeons could get this bad!"
"No, not all traps are deadly, but there are many deadly traps in a mystery dungeon. This specific mystery dungeon has much deadlier traps than normal. If you want to know the kinds of traps that are in here, there are mines, turrets, spikes that shoot up from the ground, sawblades and many more. You might notice that these are traps and things are from the human world, this is because this dungeon is a type of dungeon known as a lost memory dungeon. It picks up things that have been lost in time in the human world and brings them here. That includes the deadly traps that the humans have made."
Rakushin then realises that he might have made Choe uncomfortable with that so he tries to steer the conversation away from traps. "Ah, sorry! But of course, there are more than just traps here. Since it brings over things from the human world, it brings all sorts of things that are useful, such as a flashlight."
The eevee then picks up a flashlight from his satchel to show to the maractus. "Here it is! It works by using batteries to power the device so that it can release light." The eevee then puts the flashlight back in his satchel after turning it on and off to show how it works. "So, yeah, there are deadly traps and there are many of them, yes, but there are also cool stuff you can find here that are just impossible to find anywhere else. Which is why I am here in a lost memory mystery dungeon."
