The state government of Chhattisgarh has announced plans to construct a new hospital in Raipur. The hospital which would have 1,000 beds will be placed in the Naya Raipur neighborhood. The government has allocated Rs. 100 crores for the hospital’s construction.
2. Raipur traffic diversion.
On the 7th and 8th of August, traffic will be diverted in Raipur. The diversion is due to the construction of a new NH-6 flyover. The detour will have an impact on traffic in Sadar, New Market, and Naya Raipur.
