Deciding he should for a while focus on raising his own abilities, instead of sizing up the competition, Myde tried as best he could to block out the sound and movements of those around him. In a way, it was like testing new equipment back home. He had to focus on the single task at hand to be sure there were no faults. The objective may have been different, but the concentration require was the same.
Raising a spear in hand, the blonde took a deep breath before hurling it towards one of the many dummies and piercing it in the chest. Over the last few days of training, it was becoming apparent what weapons he should try to get hold of in the games. All the while, as he pulled the spear from the dummy's chest, Myde did not notice the pink haired boy stood near by.
