Ingredients: 1 box Funfetti cake mix. 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips. Food coloring assorted colors.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking pan with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine the Funfetti cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined. Divide the dough into separate bowls, depending on how many colors you want to use. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix until the desired colors are achieved. Take small portions of each colored dough and place them randomly in the prepared baking pan. Press the dough down gently to create a tie-dye effect. Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the dough in the pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let the cookie bars cool in the pan for a few minutes. Once cooled slightly, lift the cookie bars out of the pan using the parchment paper and transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once completely cooled, cut the bars into squares or rectangles. Enjoy these colorful and delicious Funfetti tie-dyed cookie bars!
