Wow

I had to put the book down, and wait for my full on lip trembling crying to stop before I could continue

I think about that post saying that we can still swear our Oaths, even if we don’t have Spren to bond and hear them, and after that one I am just stunned

I never realized that these books would take me on such an emotional journey of also understanding myself and learning to live with myself, so a formal screw you to Brandon Sanderson for these books. I’m gonna need you to release book 6 faster than 10 years please

I HATE THAT EVERYONE KEEPS IGNORING RENARIN

It's actually pretty accurate, as he has always been in the shadows of his entire family. I mean, the bar is just abnormally high:

Son of Dalinar the blackthorn, brother of late king Gavilar.

Prince Adolin's brother, excellent fighter, shardbearer, well accepted (maybe not by all of his poor exes) and charismatic.

Cousin to the king and Jasnah, whom apart from being and heretic, is maybe the most brilliant woman in all Roshar.

And he has lived his entire life just accepting it. Believing that he is not good enough, in anything.

Now things have changed, he is a radiant, but everyone keeps treating him like nothing happened.

Side note: obviously Renarin is one of my favourite characters, so I have always been disappointed that there weren't any chapters with his POV. But I understand that Brando Sando is making the reader treat Renarin just like the other characters.
