You watched as Fruitberries frantically searched for a mate. Able to hear the grumbles resounding from his belly. It was the most grueling process he'd been through but he knew if he didn't succeed, he'd die. Witnessing as his long, vertical fins drifted through the deep sea. Already beginning to show signs of lethargy. The only other thing to munch on in the bathypelagic zone was marine snow. Well, if you ignored the fact that it wasn't quite literally snow and that male anglerfish don't have any digestive system. Hence the frantic nature of Fruit's search.

Relying on his nose, Fruit wandered around for another four days. Still no luck. Wistfully wandering around the murky depths. Light down here made you a target. Not a true light, but a bit of bioluminescence. Similar to the sort algae produced that imbued you with the same childish magic as a lava lamp or glow in the dark stars. The mate Fruit was looking for would contain bacteria in the tip of a modified fin. Bacteria that would provide such iridescent light. Instead of adding some extra sparkle to the ocean blues, his mate would use it to lure food to eat. All he needed to do was latch on. You continued to watch some flutter kicks behind him. Keeping well out of the way.

It was later on in the day, way into the afternoon when Fruit finally—finally found his mate. You saw with your own eyes how male anglerfish dwarfed in comparison to their female counterparts. Raddles, Fruits' mate didn't dare disembark from this norm. Raddles couldn't feel Fruits' teeth biting into her flank. You'd think the enzyme produced by the male anglerfish eroding her skin would hurt. Quite surprising indeed, when Raddles simply went about her merry way, none the wiser that Fruit was fused to her body.

Feinberg has no powers. That did not stop him from getting so upset at heros being bad at their job (in his opinion) that he started acting as a vigilant. Just to prove he could do a better job even nerfed by the universe. So he became Local Tortilla. Hbg eventually caught up to that (thanks to Couriway) and tried to stop him since that is ilegal and really dangerous. Oliver did not wanted to actually arrest him because he was indeed doing a good job. So he got put in "community service" by helping HBG hero agency with strategy and intel.

Kyleeff is still an office worker with a 9 to 5. He works for HBG, so it's not like he is not on the loop about hero stuff. But he is still very much an office worker (he helps with IT and hero-specific tech).
