Alright. Being brave time. Like Michael— Michael is never afraid of anything. He wouldn't even be afraid to tell dad this, but Evan can't even feign that level of bravery, so he's going to Uncle Henry instead. After all, he knows that even if Henry is upset about the news or mad at him, he won't go and tell his dad. He's carrying his teddy bear, which he doesn't usually do anymore because his dad says he's too old for it, but it's in his backpack so it isn't like anybody will see. "Hey, Uncle Henry. Are you busy?"
“oh hey evan.” not busy at all - was he? .. no. all he was doing was checking his nails with his pocket knife to see if there was anything under there... very normal!
“what’s up? how are you doing, kiddo?” henry doesn’t hesitate to reach out to the young boy and gently pat his head. he loved spending time with his niece and nephews, family is family after all!

Though the hair was a stylized wig, it followed through on what Roxanne was trying to teach.
