At the very end of Before Ever After there is this hook where you see someone's hands push back sone vegetation and discover the black rocks, but it's unclear on who it is. I was under the impression that it was one of Lady Cain's followers or it was Adira. Who was that supposed to be that discovered the rocks?
It's Quirin! It becomes more obvious if you're watching it on a screen that doesn't make the image so dark. Here's a screencap, lightened.

When he took off his glove and looked at his hand, that was supposed to be a big reveal, but unfortunately, they made the image in the series itself way too dark for it to be obvious when the time came.
