Quinnsona is such a good ship, not only because the "farm girl moves in with noble family, her patrons, and falls in love with their daughter" trope is already amazing, but because their dynamic is so compelling. it's honestly baffling to me riot has never explored their relationship in canon, even if just as platonic, because. come on. it's literally right there. connect the fucking dots.

In more ways than not, Quinn felt like a bird too. It's no surprise she saw herself in Valor. At times it felt like they'd known each other before she learned what the word friend meant—but then again, it was never truly taught to her until she met him. He was her companion, one that would be there for life and beyond it. But it wasn't just his stubbornness that made them alike, for Quinn felt wings on her back as well, just as much as the need to spread them.
So it's only odd that, in leaving her nest, in going to the big city, the yearn for the open sky was abruptly replaced by fear. Uwendale was a small village, where she knew everyone, not only their names, but their hearts. She had always been a reserved one, the introvert between her and her brother, but that didn't make her love any of her fellow neighbors less; that had never really made her feel alone before.
