The Jilted Bride of Queen Square - Bath
The spirit of an alleged jilted Bride named Julia is supposed to have been seen running through/ around? Queen Square in Bath in a white dress, presumed to be her wedding dress..
Local stories say that she threw herself out of a window and that she can still be seen passing the window of the house in question.
The time era is said to be in the Georgian era 1700's
On doing research I have found a female called Jefferys who was 16 years and died in her lodgings at Queen Square in 1792, could this be her?
No other deaths of a female are recorded for this area and timescale, she is not buried in Bath and doesnt appear in the Bath Burial Records..
The mystery is yet to be unfolded.....
