November goals: Get back into lifting regularly. Actually upgrade to the barbell again. More dancing. As always, be a better vegetarian. Stay hydrated with coffee, tea, and water.

So, this year, as inspired by @queenbliss, I’ll be posting progress pics each month.   Aaannddd, this is the first set of side-by-sides!   Over the past month, I lost 2 pounds.   I see only a little difference, but I feel worlds better than I did in November and December.   I feel *way* stronger and happier.  What I did differently starting in early January:
track food daily
practice yoga 6 times a week
drink alcohol only one evening a week (sorry beer)
light weight training 2 times a week
limit starbucks to only once a month
Other than that, I still ate what I wanted. Â Â I still eat *a lot* of sweets - mostly dark chocolate, which I may lessen here in February. Â Â

My accountability buddies are the fabulous @queenbliss @moretufflesspuff and @princessislosingweight! Can't wait y'all! I also have a fabulous accountability friend who I talk with daily and have been doing so since spring time minus a few lapses here and there. Not sure if she's doing the challenge though and I keep forgetting to ask so she will remain unnamed for now.
