Toriel kept her role as queen when she left Asgore, splitting the underground in half, with Snowdin and the Ruins under her rule, and Waterfall, Hotland and the Capital under Asgore.

Charles Xavier serves as head of the school district, living in the Ruins. He has green strings coming out of his eyes that float around his face and pick up thoughts like antennas. (Inspired by Spamton Neo and Error!sans) They can also be used to grab people and puppeteer them, this is muscle control not mind control, he can use the green soul effect to freeze people or put them to sleep. He does not have access to any other mental manipulation abilities.

Erik Lensher is a member of the royal guard, and the royal weaponsmith, living in Hotland. He has mettalokinesis not magnetism, and can superheat metal to make it melt. It's actually much easier for him to melt metal than bend it into shape so he typically does that to soften it. He has rams horns that he wraps metal plates around (and some green strings, wherever he got those from.) his nails are also metal but he doesn't manipulate them because that would hurt.
