The Pevensies are the most perfect siblings representation in media. They argue with each other, they throw disgust when they have to be around each other, they bicker like actually siblings. Peter's little "I had it sorted" is such a sibling thing cause he knows he was saved but he'd rather die than admit it was his sibling who did it.
And then when things actually get tough, they don't suddenly start being chummy, they still act like siblings, they still bicker and shove each other, but now they're doing it for a common goal, they will not falter together, but they're going to arguing with each other the whole battle.
Too many movies show siblings miraculously changing their attitudes in the final battle as if they'd never fought ever, but not Narnia. They are siblings until the very end of the movie.

Okay, I'm not saying I can do it better, Isis Mussenden will always be better at this than me, but this draw series (which I probably won't finish again) is something like a Narnia-In-My-Style.
And I started with this because this is one of the scenes that bugged me since 2009. I knew that the coronation sequence in Prince Caspian only lasted for a minute but I kinda wished I could redesign their outfit based on what I headcanon.
So my headcanon is that their goal is for humans and Narnians to coexist, so the Kings and Queens of Old demonstrated that by blending both cultures starting with the clothing. This is basically the challenge I set for myself for this series: I blended the Pre-Raphaelite inspirations with Mediterranean Fashion while keeping the original colors Mussenden had used.
For this one, I decided to let Lucy keep her 'happy' look by leaving her hair down.

King Edmund
Since Edmund is the youngest Son of Adam, he is next in line to become the High King of Narnia. Due to this, his crown is made of silver. Being a male, Edmund's headdress is also the second largest of all his siblings' crown jewels. This size characteristic is a royal tradition to set males and females apart regardless of rank. As a true king of Narnia, Edmund's headpiece incorporates Narnian symbols into its design. His crown features birch leaves. This means protection, rebirth, and change.
Queen Lucy
Lucy is the youngest Daughter of Eve. This makes her tiara silver as the next in line to become high queen. Being a female, Lucy's headdress is supposed to be smaller than her two king brothers. However, despite being the youngest reigning monarch, her headpiece is larger than her older sister's tiara. It's unknown as to why Lucy has the third largest crown jewel. Although queens have historically been known to wear crowns for ceremonies (for example, being officially crowned queen) and tiaras for special events, the two queens weren't given proper crowns. Instead, Lucy and her sister were crowned with tiaras during their coronation ceremony. As a true queen of Narnia, her tiara incorporates Narnian symbols into its design. It features laurel leaves interspersed with yarrow and laurel flowers. The laurel plant means victory and royalty. Finally, the yarrow flowers represent healing, courage, and love.
