What Floof (my sourdough starter) hath wrought.  I used the King Arthur recipe for an all sourdough loaf, but some notes a friend sent me about baking inside a Dutch oven. The result was unsurprisingly dense but very good - I will play around, maybe mixing starter with some commercial yeast to make a lighter loaf.  But this time, I wanted to see what he could do all on his own!
