BlackBullet, the client-application for PushBullet available with new version called “Headless” on the BlackBerry World

With PicturePush, you can push your last photos or screenshots directly to your computer and all other devices connected with the application. That’s why you need BlackBullet.

This application is simple to use. Download the application and leave it working alone.

Note from the developer:

While this app is running it uploads every new image to your personal and secured online account at pushbullet.com – so it might cause some data usage since the original image size gets pushed to all your devices. For the same reason could the upload of a single picture also need some time in case you’re currently on a slow network connection.

I’ve already written about BlackBullet, the PushBullet client-application developed by QTHelex. If you have downloaded this application, you can download the new version available today in the Canadian Store.

New BlackBullet V0.5.1.1:

Made a small adaptation in the compatibility layer of the plugin system for the app PushProtect.

Made a several adaptions in the headless module to filter duplicate notifications

Changed some parts of the memory management in the headless module of BlackBullet

Removed the fall back functionality to allow the UI part of BlackBullet to make notifications in case the headless module is not running (permission denied)

BlackBerry Protect is an application which helps you to find your mobile lost or stolen. This PushProtect offer another way. When this one gets stolen, sometimes, BlackBerry Protect can’t help you. Push Protect takes a photo using the front camera avery time the display gets turned on. New BlackBerry devices have a Built-in Battery so, your thief will have to turn your BlackBerry off. It is at this point that PushProtect takes a picture of the thief in question. The picture taken will be immediately transmitted to your computer and for this we advise you to download PushBullet to link your BlackBerry to your computer and receive any notification.
