In play, I expect it to feel like your platforming muscle memory is getting challenged every few seconds. You are not just jumping from left to right. It rewards clean thinking, but it still gives you that little rush when you barely make it past a spike pit.

Gravity Whipped is not showing up light on content either for release. The full launch includes 196 rooms across 36 levels, with a mix of 2.5D linear stages and 3D open-ended formats. That alone has my attention. Linear levels can keep the pace sharp, while open-ended rooms give players room to poke around, test weird routes, and find things the obvious path hides. And this game is absolutely leaning into the collector brain. There are over 3,355 collectables to grab, including coins and gems used to upgrade your character and unlock secret levels. That number is silly in the best way. It means every corner matters. Every weird ledge might be hiding something. Every risky jump might be worth it.

Powerups, roulette, and speedrunner bait

Coins are not just shiny noise here. Collect 40 coins, and you get a roulette chance to win one of four different modifiable powerups. That adds a nice bit of chaos to the loop. You push through levels, scoop up coins, gamble on a powerup, then start thinking about how that upgrade changes your route. It is the kind of system that can make repeat runs feel fresh without bogging down the core platforming. Speedrunners also get a clear invite. The Gravity Whipped release includes time challenges and records for each level. With gravity manipulation in the mix, I can already imagine players finding wild skips, tight movement lines, and routes that look completely wrong until someone pulls them off perfectly. That is where gaming communities shine. Somebody is going to break these rooms wide open, and I want to see it happen.
