This is cultivar of Sarracenia purpurea that I got from Calen Hall @pdxpitchers that was labelled Sarracenia purpurea "veinless select ruffly genetics" that I think is living up to its name very nicely. Sarracenia purpurea is a carnivorous pitcher plant native to the US and Canada and is the provincial flower of Newfoundland.
