Purplish's Royal Family
“Purplish is my own adaptation of Swapfell, which, although it started focusing on the skeleton brothers and their pets (purplish owners), ended up developing into a complete universe with adaptations to the world (surface & underground) and its characters.”

Asgore: Ex King / Caretaker of The Ruins
An excellent leader, but maybe too good for some. Wise and generous; after the war with the humans and the confinement of the monsters Underground, he tried to distribute the resources equitably among his people to ensure that everyone lived in the best way possible.
The kingdom had been prosperous and rich once, and even if many of the resources were lost, there still was enough to share. Although this did not please those who manage to keep most of their riches after the war: the self-proclaimed upper class of the capital. His doing became controversial for those who were corrupted by greed, turning mean and selfish.
Toriel: Queen of Monsters
Too naive and ignorant for her own good. Younger than Asgore, she didn't have much preparation before taking her position as queen.
When the war against humans occurred and she was injured, leaving her blind. Given her condition, the king decided to release her from much of the responsibilities of her position, so she lived an easy life until the adoption of the princes.
Her lack of better skill was a complete contrast to her husband's wisdom, but they both loved each other and tried to work on it together, giving hope to the kingdom as a family.
Frisk: the First Angel // MK: Prince of Monster Kind
The sweetest kids the kingdom ever knew. Really young when one fell and the other found them in the Underground, but both welcome with love by the King and Queen into the royal family.
They were a brilliant light that filled everyone with hope, but like a shooting star, their light quickly extinguished. Many accuse the Queen for her carelessness, blamed her for not being ready to be a mother. The whole kingdom agree that their death was the beginning of many misfortunes that befell the royal family. *Only a few know the truth and how their deaths were intentional.
IMPORTANT: In this story, there is no Temmie/Flowey Role, so no meta characters or outside influence, as well as no resets. The seventh human is not a player, is a character like everyone else, with only one chance/route.
🟪The conspiracy against the royal family
A great plot against Asgore, considered too good to the people, especially for wanting to spend the riches of some to help others (basically wealthy vs poor).
The death of the princes was the first plan to cause a rift between the King and Queen: Allegedly poisoned by food improperly prepared by Toriel, the tragedy was great and weakened her relationship with Asgore. The entire kingdom mourned the loss of the princes, and many were corrupted by the loss of hope.
There was a moment of joy when the queen announced she was expecting, but that made the second part of the plan easier.
2. They faked the death of Asriel when he was born, since the wet nurses were bribed. The Queen was bedridden and the King was weakened by grief.
3. They took advantage of this moment to attack Asgore. The lowest blow, leading to his flight away from New Home, was that the attackers proclaimed that it was the queen who ordered his assassination. Meanwhile, Toriel was lied to and told that the king had fallen down from grief.
Since the supposed death of her husband, Toriel was devastated and not knowing what to do, let the Royal Advisors guide her (which were the ones who betrayed them in the first place).
With power to rule, they have controlled the kingdom to their preference, lying to queen about what the real conditions of the kingdom are. She lives in her happy bubble inside de castle, full of luxuries and with no idea of what her people are dealing with.Wallet is the first to ever question the whole "ugly dog" stuff, but again, it's not like anybody care about it. Not a single monster in snowdin believe them when they say they're human.
🟪What happened to Asriel?
Asriel, the Ugly Dog
A little thief like all the kids on Snowdin. The ugliest puppy of the pack of dogs that lives there. He had to work twice as hard as his siblings to stand out and even so, the town consider him just…strange. Clearly there is something wrong with him.
He totally believes he is a Dog, has no idea of his royal inheritance and neither does the town people (but it's not like they would care anyway).
Wallet is the first to ever question the whole "ugly dog" stuff, but again, it's not like anybody care about what children say. Not a single monster in Snowdin believe them when they say they're human either.
🟪The passage through the Ruins
As previously stated, Asgore encountered the seventh human, who was a child who was fearless. He patiently explained to them the history of his kingdom and what little he knew of its current state, which only fueled their curiosity even more.
To be fair, Asgore tried to teach them what they needed to know about how corrupt the Underground was before sending them out of the Ruins, in the hopes that they would make it back to the Surface (like all the children before them). But, this time and just in case, he asked Papyrus to keep an eye on them.
