this art is about my old self and the way i felt about my ex—friend that i lost due to an abuser that separated us . ( unlike the song i held no romantic feelings ) but i truly believed the only way i could live was with them . now , i still struggle to move on and think about them often , but with the help of my boyfriend and my friends now , i find it easier to forget sometimes 💛

the sun growing cold and exploding is truly how i saw the world , but my fursona is in his old outfit — to show that it isn't how i truly feel now and that my identity wasn't fully developed , and the water and beach setting symbolise him washing the feelings away , because they've been replaced with new , positive feelings — the beach and water being one of my favourite places now , especially to splash about and take walks ( i love going on long walks ok )
