I have been living presently, not making too many plans, not getting excited or turned down by what is coming or what has just happened. We have all experienced change this year and it is easy to get caught up in the limiting feeling of change. When you accept the change and don’t fight it, it is much easier to walk through it. Change is like quicksand, the more you fight the harder it is to get out or of (or get used to). But when you lay down and slowly bring your limbs to the surface, you’ve beaten the change faster than you would have freaking out about it. Slow down, lay down, and don’t freak out.
