🎵Every time I turn around...🎵 I can’t tell what’s been more stuck in my head as I worked on this, the live action theme song or the cartoon one. Either way, I’m finally done with my first new pattern of 2021 (and first new pattern in ages, period), and I’m excited to share... Punky Brewster! Ever since I finished Rainbow Brite and the Color Kids years and years ago, I’ve had an ever-growing list of other important 80s characters from my childhood that I’ve wanted to make. I loved Punky (both versions) growing up, and as an added bonus she lends herself extremely well to crochet and the general style of my dolls. I hope this speaks to other 80s kids as much as it did to me. :) Also, completely coincidentally, I found out while making this that there’s a revival premiering next month?? Am I the only one who didn’t know about this? 😮 The pattern is available on Etsy and Ravelry:
