They need to make it clear that although mhj's business practices as ceo disqualify her from ever being reinstated (she is literally facing multiple charges) they appreciate her artistic vision and they will continue to support nwjn's talents and allow them to thrive and build their own authentic musical identity.

They can acknowledge that this is a tumultuous period for nwjns and many hybe artists, and say that once the new management is properly in place (it's still extremely recent) and legal matters are settled, things will stabilize and the artists will be comfortable again. For now some discomfort and uncertainty is unfortunately inevitable.

Instead they did the worst thing possible imo, there was no need to say people who stick to the rules will be "winners". Framing this as a competition? How could that possibly help? Feels obvious but can someone tell them not to depict themselves as nwjns opposition please...
