well, my overall opinion is that it's good, obviously, though it is very cw-riffic to start and i didn't always love it. it doesn't know how to write wlw or poc but it does know how to bring together an ensemble and tell an engaging story. it wants so badly to be woke and appeal to the hashtag girlbosses out there and its timeline is insane, but its heart trumps everything else. you will watch it and be like "this isn't that deep, i'm totally safe here" and then ten seconds later you realize the characters have wormed deep into your heart and you cannot stop thinking about them.
hi, sorry if this is like random or weird, but i think you wrote a couple of my favorite young justice fics back in the day! i remember one that was a princess diaries au and one that was a breakfast club au and i used to read them over and over and over. so first, thanks for that! i truly do not have the words to express how much i loved those fics. but secondly, i checked your ao3 and can't seem to find them anymore? if you've deleted them or don't want to think about them anymore i totally get it, but if there's anywhere i might be able to find them today i'd really appreciate it! if not (or if, god forbid, you didn't write them at all, in which case sorry for clogging up your inbox) feel free to ignore this, but either way i just wanted to express my appreciation for some of the best fics ive read to this day. anyway, sorry this is so long, and have a good day!

itās funny that you noticed the existence of the white characters in the storylines of the black characters because as a person who is usually very critical of race in media (you can look at my blog for proof) it was something I hadnāt noticed. im curious if you think the storylines are imbalanced in favor of Sara and john because I actually felt like the two of them got less of a plot this season than in previous ones. i swear im not trying to start anything, just curious to see your take!
I think the reason it stands out so much for me is because I tend to automatically compare the big seasonal arcs that characters get? Specifically this season reminds me a lot of season two and four in terms of the spear/loom and the loss of loved ones being a driving force, but also the family elements, and thereās a very visible difference for me in how Sara and Mickās stories in season two, and Nateās in season four, were presented compared to how Charlie and Astraās have been done this season.
