The Journey of SMA
Seven years ago, in the winter of Nepali year 2070, Sustainable Mountain Architecture (SMA) was founded in the Kathmandu Valley. Today, our Chakupat Studio is home to incredibly talented, pro-active and multi cultured nationals and international members of Design, Architecture, Structure, Interior, Graphic, Management, Education and the Arts. We also work from remote locations and building sites.
Thanks to our many project principals and well-wishers, who also believe in pro-people, pro-ecology, pro-local and pro-innovation much like us, Team SMA has been able to successfully create 21 buildings, 8 pavilions, 6 interiors, 6 landscapes and 5 exhibitions.

I saw an anti earlier trying to say that recasts are more expensive than legits. Then she changed it and said for just “a little bit more” you can get a legit. Sorry lady, but in no universe is $500 “a little bit more” than $120. She thought a recast head was selling for $120, then had to backpedal when she realized that that was the price for the whole doll lmao.
Problem with antis, proartists, or haters in this hobby is that they don’t know “what” they hate. If you claim a group of people is “the enemy” (for owning or making a doll you don’t agree with) you need to know the enemy.
It’s a basic strategy for the “war” they say they’re “fighting” against recasts (also, stupid from them when they compare the atrocities of war with owning a cheaper doll from china). And they don’t even know what they’re talking about. Ignorance it’s a sinking ship for everyone. Even if you’re only learning to hate on others, you need to know “what” to hate.

I buy recast because they're mostly available at any time of the year, I can go and see a doll and buy it whenever I can or want, it's not limited or going anywhere, plus, I live in a country where the customs tax alone adds up to make the value of a legit, so a US$250 SD recast I pay like US$500 or US$600 final on my country. It takes a lot of fucking time to get that amount of money with a regular job you know? I know it's not your problem I was born here, but it's not my fault neither. Sorry.
