The other day I said "what would it look like if I made a friendship bracelet for every chapter title in my book?" and in case you're wondering, it looks a little something like this ^^^
Over the last year, I've fallen in love with making friendship bracelets. Playing around with different colors, shapes, and patterns is a really relaxing art form that helps me wind down after a long day, and I've forged and strengethened a lot of friendships by just sitting down with some people and my boxes of beads and just making bracelets together <3 Plus, they're the perfect accessory for every outfit, and my work kids love seeing which bracelets I'm wearing every day!
Each of the bracelets I'm holding in this picture has the first letter of each word of my tentative chapter titles, as well as the chapter number on the opposite side of the bracelet. I genuinely thought I'd run out of the gold and silver alphabet beads, but with the exception of one bracelet with an upside-down V in place of an A and another with two upside-down Vs and two Zs instead of Ss, I managed to make them all without a hitch! (And for anyone *[cough cough, my family]* wondering why I'd need these bracelets, I plan on giving these away at some hypothetical promotional events I might host in the future!)

Guess what, gang? I've revamped my website to better showcase my freelance editing services and to just in general look more professional! I really like how it looks now, and I'm hoping to build a bit more of a clientele so I can do more of my favorite type of work, which is copyediting indie writers' novels. ^^
The site also has a blog I hope to update a bit more regularly, and a page of various short stories I've written (including many of my How To Guides For Mythical Creatures).
