๐คค Re-feed of dreams!!๐คฉ โซ๏ธ โ I'm still working my way from a very strict cutting phase back toward maintenance, however I'm still getting lighter and still losing bodyfat despite increased calories. ๐คทโโ๏ธSo guess who got to have a "cheat" meal?!๐โโ๏ธ โซ๏ธ ๐ I don't really like the term "cheat" it hints at "good" vs "bad" foods which is bullshit. So this for me is a re-feed, attempting to stop dropping more weight with a massive hit of calories. โซ๏ธ ๐๐ I made a double patty (5% fat beef burgers), triple stacked cheeseburger (@eatlean protein cheese) with salad and gherkin, side salad and home made air fryer salt and pepper chips......LOOOVED IT!!!๐คค โซ๏ธ ๐ซ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ The box of diabetes is my deferred birthday treat box, which I forfeited as I was cutting. Instead of a birthday cake i opted for a box of all the sweets, biscuits, chocolates, nuts and pretzels I usually never eat. ๐ฝ I mean, why restrict yourself to a cake when you can have a bite of anything and everything you fancy, guilt free!?๐คทโโ๏ธ๐ โซ๏ธ ๐ฃ In all honesty my tummy is so not used to all this stuff I couldn't get through much of it after the burger and fries (as expected) so that box is gonna be shared out among my favourite humans.
