Our Group Projects...
Part 2....
But as the corona time came and all the classes turned into online ones and everyone was stuck at home, no school, no colleges, no office..
But we still had our projects and assignments to do..
Soo, we made a group of 3 girls at first but eventually we had to add 1 boy into our group just because he couldn't find any groups to join and we had a space left....
After joining with a conference call we talked with each other and discussed about the topic and decide what we had to do.. Afterwards the first thing we did was to creat a WhatsApp group for us naming differently as our projects changed.. like
NCSC project
Inspire award project
Art integrated project (for all subjects)
Science exhibition
And many more... And the work going on was like we girls find out all the matter and collected pics online and send it to him to make the PDFs.
The actual reason we kept him was just to edit our PDFs and videos....😂😂
Literally this was the best project team I had in my life and it's still present unlike everyone are in different places due to their studies...

PT stands for Project Team. :) In other words, we are the AVEN Project Team that handles our social media.
At a point in my career, I was the hiring manager for a team at a global tech company.
Different engineering teams function in different ways. Each employ various strategies and processes, informed and shaped by changing technologies, markets, personnel, competitive landscapes, and company culture. But one ritual — the daily stand-up — has become particularly popular with engineering teams around the world. The format is remarkably similar in every organization; teams get together for a short amount of time and run through what each person did yesterday, what they’re working on today, and anything that’s blocking them.

How To Build A High-Performance Project Team?
Introduction
An effective team for your project isn't an easy task. It's easy to think that you need to employ large names and companies with big budgets. In today's economy it's not always the case.
You could be amazed at how easy it is to create a high-performing team on a tight budget by hiring a team who are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their work.
So, let's get started!
Here are 10 Steps About - Becoming a Project Management Professional (PMP ®)
5 Ways To Build A High-Performance Project Team
A highly efficient project team is essential to the success of the project. It is vital to determine the appropriate group of people that will communicate, exchange ideas, and achieve the goals of the project. If you create the team completely from scratch,, it will take some time to make them familiar with one another. However, when they're all on the same page and start working together the other, it's a breeze. The first thing to be aware of what you're hoping to achieve through this endeavor.
Rest are the following:
1. Highly Motivated & Effective Leader
Effective leaders are adept at managing people and situations. They apply their experience to form team members who are efficient and create a culture of trust.
They are extremely driven and display their passion through their actions. They create work that is enjoyable, exciting, engaging which is rewarding to the employees as well as for themselves and their business. If a leader doesn't enjoy their work or believes that it's not important to them they won't inspire others to follow in their footsteps. Also, if there's no conviction that drives the leader's efforts to inspire their team members, their efforts will be ineffective.
2. Knowledgeable And Experienced
A highly-performing project team is composed of people who have different backgrounds, skills and expertise. The team members must work together to achieve their goals. They include:
A. Knowledgeable:
The person selected must be knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess a deep understanding of the product that is being created. They should also have prior knowledge of similar areas.
B. Experienced:
They must possess a significant amount of direct experience in various projects, where they came up with amazing strategies and plans working in an extremely efficient project team. This is important because it will allow them to develop the best solutions and ideas in the face of new situations.
Conclusion
A high-performing team can communicate efficiently and consistently, and delivers quality work. The most essential aspect to making a team top-performing is identifying the capabilities necessary to complete the task.
You know that the most essential aspect of a successful team is a leader who is strong. The leader must be a leader and present an informed and clear plan of the task. They need to establish a trustworthy environment within the team and allow them to share their ideas and thoughts without worry of being assessed.\
