Been having a really bad self-image week because I put on weight during the holidays (#bulkingseason #jk) and now I'm struggling to lose that weight. So sometimes I have to remind myself how far I've come and two steps forward with one step back is still progress.
Sigh.
Been doing low carb (less than 100g) and 2k cal for three weeks now and I've not lost a SINGLE pound. So fucking irked and depressed. I know the scale isn't the best metric. And yes, I think I look leaner when I look at myself and my clothes fit much better so there's some solace and pride there. But NO movement after THREE FUCKING WEEKS?! Fuck riGHT OFF. Sometimes I wish I could just delete this character and go back to the character creation screen.
