My final design for Sen, based on the original character sheet I did before the project went into production.
Pray for a true peace in space.
Some day I will do a topic about failed kickstarter games
State of the Cake, May 2014
Hello Friends,
We'd like to take some time to talk about our current projects and the future of Project Sen. Sen was developed with a custom engine from scratch, which consumed a lot of production time, eventually leading to an unfeasible amount of groundwork that didn't fit in our projected timeframe. We have decided to go ahead with a new, smaller-scale concept for our first game project, and develop the game using Unity, which is basically a pre-built engine that is utilized widely by indie developers. This doesn't mean we've given up on Sen; On the contrary, we plan on using the same methods for this new project that we intend to use to make Sen. It’s a stepping stone for us to be able to present the final vision of Project Sen the way we'd like it to be. It occurred to us that the scope of Project Sen was too ambitious for our small team to take on as a first game production, so we've decided to do a game that retains the refined visuals of Project Sen, but that is also more concise as far as size and budget are concerned. We have been working fast and diligently to get this new project up and running, and plan on having a fully playable demo when we launch the indiegogo in the next couple of months. Thanks for sticking with us, we hope that you continue to support our projects as we grow as developers!
Getting some work done on Senny's run animation! We're still looking for programmers, please refer to this post if interested, thank you!

Hey Guys, We're currently looking for one or two programmers to continue to develop Project Sen.  We're looking for people who have a passion for games, and understand we're at the moment completely independant and a passion project.  We are looking for possible future partners, and will likely be offering profit sharing if everything works out, and a share of funding.
We were developing on the Adobe Air platform, by way of Flash builder. The game is open to new tools, and development, but would like to expand on the code we have if possible. Specifically physics and gameplay as of so far. Â If you want to apply, please send an e-mail to us at [email protected] with the Subject "Programming applicant." Â We'd like to see a sample of your work, a resume. Â We will likely ask you to have a meeting with us in google hangouts if your resume and e-mail fit our needs and in general a good fit.Â
SEN SATURDAYS - WE ARE WORKING ON IT! Our team has been hard at work revising both the in-game assets and official art for Project Sen. We've refined the visual aesthetics to reflect the new focus. Â We'll continue keeping you updated as we make more progress, thank you for supporting Project Sen! Please share and reblog, we appreciate your support!
Been having a bad art time, but trying to push certain things, as well as trying out this new brush I've been playing with.Â
