As this takes place during the 1920s/Prohibition era, here is the list of time accurate terms used in the one shot :)
ʚɞ Balled up: Confused; messed up
ʚɞ Banana Oil: The act of using insincere flattery and deception, particularly with the intention to deceive
ʚɞ Bruno: Tough guy, strong man
ʚɞ Butt me: Hand me a cig
ʚɞ Chippy: Woman of easy virtue
ʚɞ Close your head: Shut up
ʚɞ Cold: Distant, frigid, unenthusiastic
ʚɞ Dumb dora: Silly or stupid girl
ʚɞ Fire extinguisher: A chaperon
ʚɞ Go to blazes: Go to hell
ʚɞ I got no kick: No issues
ʚɞ Neck: Kiss passionately, snuggle, or caress intimately.
ʚɞ Now you're on the trolley: now you've got it
ʚɞ Orchid: an expensive item
ʚɞ Pill: Someone who irritates you (that person is being a real pill)
ʚɞ Plunge: To speculate recklessly
ʚɞ Pop: Shoot or kill someone
ʚɞ Poppycock: Boastful nonscene
ʚɞ Sam hill: The devil (what in the sam hill)
ʚɞ Says you: A defiant exclamation
ʚɞ Sheik: A man who believes he is irresistible to women
ʚɞ Slop over: To bubble over with enthusiasm; spill affection over
ʚɞ Snake charmer: Woman involved in bootlegging
ʚɞ Soft snap: easy to attain
ʚɞ Stuck on : to have a crush on
ʚɞ Tell it to Sweeny: Tell it to someone who'll believe it
ʚɞ To get the mitten: To be rejected as a lover
ʚɞ To go through the mill: To learn by hard experience
ʚɞ Tom, dick, and harry: any of a crowd; people at large
ʚɞ Weak sister: Push over
ʚɞ Whats eating you: Whats currently irritating or troubling you?
ʚɞ Wrong number: Not a good fellow; dangerous person
