I like the song Forever by The Little Dippers because there's something gorgeous about it's resonating & grounded sound

Like a distant lover pondering about their missing or far away other half, under the moonlight with gently batting lashes that make eyes twinkle like the stars above

Or maybe it's like old lovers dancing quietly, slow in a living room with a radio singing soft sounds as foreheads kiss & eyes get lost in each other. They move with a sway of fleeting life & crisp love, tender in their final years. The rising moonlight & the descending sunshine cutting through the gaps of the curtains tht danced with the old couple.

Or perhaps young friends holding hands & staring at each other whilst chortling & chatting, feet stumbling along the pavement with cloudy night above, the ways they stare over each other so full of something real they can't quite paint— too young to understand what yearning is, maybe.
